photo a day...going green

this little fellow surprised me while i was deadheading my geranium. he was perfectly colored and tee-tiny so i didn't even notice him as my hand flew around the basket, gathering the spent blooms. he was happy to pose for the photo and even stayed for a carefully placed watering. he kept those big eyes on me...i can only imagine what i look like to him. he is now happily doing his grasshopperness with the geranium all watered, ready for new blooms and rehung in its happy place. absolutely adorable.
