photo a day...out of his tree

i hesitate, maybe wrongly, to share photos of the peeps in my life. 

but today, on a quick run out, i was taking shots of a tree that is coming into bloom when this nutjob literally jumped UP into my shot. 

since he is photo-phobic, he shan't be named but this photo had to be the one. even got permission. wowzers!
